All services provided are appointment only.
A card on file is required to schedule. It will only be charged based on the cancellation policies.
Grace period is 10 minutes and is considered cancelled anytime after.
Payment methods accepted are cash, debit/credit card, and apple pay.
Any client with a fever, continuous cough, or other sick symptoms will be required to reschedule their appointment.
If you are under the age of 16 a legal guardian is required to sign a consent form in order to receive any service.
To schedule an appointment outside business hours a $25 deposit is required plus the service charge.
Appointments cannot be scheduled if a balance is due until paid in full.
Refunds are only allowed if a un-usual skin reaction would happen to occur 24-48 within being serviced.
Service can be refused to any person for any reason other than discrimination because of national origin, sex, religion, color, or race.

(Rescheduling/Cancellation)
You are required to reschedule/cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
You are subject to a 40% cancellation fee if you reschedule/cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment time or arrive after the grace period (appointment cancelled).
You are subject to a 50% cancellation fee if you "no call, no show". If this occurs 2 times you are subject to being banned from scheduling.
During your appointment, if you downgrade service(s) the cancellation policies will apply.
